The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of NST(Neuro Sound Technology) training on the self-regulation ability and emotional disposition of elementary school students. The subjects of the experiment were 50 elementary school students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades, and NST training was conducted three times a week. The period is from March 2022 to August 2022, and brain waves were measured to see the difference in self-regulation ability and emotional disposition before and after NST training. EEG measurements were performed using Neurobrain developed by the Korean Research Institute of Brain science, and brain function analysis program(BFM) was used for EEG analysis. As a result of the independent sample t-test after post-measurement, the training mode was (t=2.665, p=.010), the maximum deviation was (t=-3.236, p=.002), and the emotional propensity difference was (t=-3.099, p=.004), showing positive changes in the significance probability value. Positive changes in self-regulation ability and emotional disposition suggest that NST training can induce self-directed learning by cultivating patience and improving attention and concentration in elementary school students.

본 연구의 목적은 NST(Neuro Sound Technology) 훈련이 초등학생의 자기조절능력과 정서 성향에 미 치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 실험의 대상자는 초등학생 4, 5, 6학년 50명이며 NST 훈련을 주 3회 실시하였다. 기간은 2022년 3월부터 2022년 8월까지이며, NST 훈련 전후 자기조절능력과 정서 성향의 차이를 보기 위해 뇌파 를 측정하였다. 뇌파 측정은 한국뇌과학연구소에서 개발한 뇌파측정기(Neurobrain)를 통해 실시하였으며, 뇌파 분 석은 뇌기능분석 프로그램(BFM)을 사용하였다. 사후측정 후 독립표본 t-검정을 한 결과 자기조절능력의 훈련모드 (t=2.665, p=.010), 최대편차(t=-3.236, p=.002), 정서 성향 차이(t=-3.099, p=.004)에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 자 기조절능력과 정서 성향이 긍정적으로 변화한 것은 NST 훈련이 초등학생들의 인내심을 기르고 주의력과 집중력 을 향상시켜 자기주도학습을 유도할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
