In this study, we developed and analyzed the effectiveness of a software (SW) and artificial intelligence (AI) integrated digital citizenship education program using educational robots for elementary school students. For the effectiveness analysis, the results obtained through computing thinking and digital citizenship measurement tools were quantitatively analyzed, and the responses of students in their impression logs were text-mined. The study showed an overall increase in scores for computing thinking and digital citizenship, with significant improvements in some areas. Text mining of students' impression logs revealed that after applying the program, awareness of digital citizenship was formed around key concepts related to digital citizenship. Based on these findings, the study proposes directions and implications for SW·AI integrated digital citizenship education programs in elementary schools.

본 연구에서는 초등학생을 대상으로 교육용 로봇을 활용한 SW·AI 융합형 디지털 시민교육 프로그램을 개발하 고 그 효과성을 분석하였다. 효과성 분석을 위해 컴퓨팅 사고력과 디지털 시민성 측정 도구로 수집한 결과를 양적 분석하고 학생들의 소감록 응답을 텍스트 마이닝하였다. 연구 결과 컴퓨팅 사고력과 디지털 시민성에 대한 전반적 인 점수 상승이 있었으나 일부 영역에서 유의미한 상승이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학생들의 소감록 텍스트 마이닝 에서는 프로그램 적용 후 디지털 시민성과 관련있는 핵심 개념을 중심으로 디지털 시민성에 대한 인식이 형성된 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교에서 SW·AI 융합형 디지털 시민교육 프로그램에 대한 방향과 시 사점을 제안하였다.
