In order to develop a youth entrepreneurship education program suitable for the AI and ESG era, this study uses keyword network analysis and Fuzzy-AHP analysis to identify priorities for each keyword, and suggests directions for developing a youth entrepreneurship education program based on the priorities. The results of the Fuzzy-AHP analysis show that the keywords with high priority are [entrepreneurial activity], [entrepreneurship education], [entrepreneurial competence], [artificial intelligence (AI)], [entrepreneurial thinking], and [ESG]. Although AI and ESG were ranked relatively low in terms of priority by keyword, we believe that AI and ESG should be considered important for developing entrepreneurship education programs for youth. The results of this study are expected to provide useful implications for improving the quality of youth entrepreneurship education by identifying influential keywords to develop entrepreneurship education programs suitable for the changing external environment such as AI and ESG. In addition, by suggesting entrepreneurship education programs suitable for elementary, middle, and high school students, it is expected to contribute to improving the learning effectiveness of youth as well as raising awareness and spreading youth entrepreneurship.

AI, ESG 시대에 적합한 청소년 기업가정신 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해 본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석과 Fuzzy-AHP 분석을 활용하여 키워드별 우선순위를 파악하고, 우선순위를 바탕으로 청소년 기업가정신 교육프로그 램 개발 방향성을 제시한다. Fuzzy-AHP 분석결과 우선순위가 높은 키워드는 [기업가적 활동], [기업가정신 교육], [기업가적 역량], [인공지능(AI)], [기업가적 사고], [ESG] 순으로 나타났다. 비록 인공지능과 ESG가 키워드별 우선 순위에서 상대적으로 낮은 순위를 보였지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 청소년을 위한 기업가정신 교육프로그램을 개발하 기 위해서는 인공지능과 ESG을 중요하게 고려해야 하는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구 결과는 AI, ESG 등 변화하는 외부환경에 적합한 기업가정신 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해 영향력 있 는 키워드를 파악해 봄으로써 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 질적 향상에 유용한 시사점을 제시할 것으로 기대된다. 또 한 초, 중, 고등학생에게 적합한 기업가정신 교육프로그램을 제안함으로써 청소년의 학습효과성 향상에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 청소년 기업가정신에 대한 인식 제고 및 확산에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
