- This study analyzed the perception of disabled persons regarding personal, social, and environmental factors that influence the self-efficacy of unemployed individuals with disabilities. Using data from the second wave of the Disability Employment Panel Survey in the fourth year (2019), the analysis revealed relatively low levels of awareness among unemployed individuals with disabilities regarding employment services, disability acceptance, awareness of social participation, and self-efficacy than those with employment disabled persons.. The perception of employment services impacted disability acceptance, awareness of social participation, and self-efficacy. Additionally, disability acceptance and awareness of social participation were directly associated with self-efficacy. The study confirmed partial and dual mediating effects in the relationship between the perception of employment services and self-efficacy, specifically through disability acceptance and awareness of social participation. These results highlighted the importance of a comprehensive consideration of individual and socio-environmental factors for the employment of disabled persons.

- 본 연구의 목적은 미취업 장애인의 자기효능감과 이에 영향을 미치는 개인적, 사회적 및 환경적 요인들 의 구조적인 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 4차년도(2019년) 조 사에 응답한 미취업 장애인 1,934명의 자료를 분석하였으며 빈도분석 및 기술통계, 구조방정식 모형을 이용한 확 인적 요인분석, 경로분석을 실시하여 변수 간 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 첫째, 미취업 장애인의 고용서비스에 대 한 인식, 장애수용, 사회참여 인식, 자기효능감은 취업 장애인에 비해 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고용서비스에 대한 인식이 긍정적일수록 장애수용, 사회참여 인식, 자기효능감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애수용, 사 회참여 인식이 높을수록 자기효능감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고용서비스에 대한 인식과 자기효능감의 관계에서 장애수용, 사회참여의 부분매개효과와 이중매개효과가 검증되었다. 연구결과를 통해 미취업 장애인의 개 인적, 사회적, 환경적 요인에 대한 통합적 고려를 기반으로 하는 정책적 노력이 필요함을 시사하였다.
