The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of infant teachers' grit and professionalism on the security of teacher-infant attachment. For this purpose, we used survey data from 310 infant and toddler teachers working in daycare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon from June 9 to June 23, 2023, and conducted frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. was carried out. Research results: First, there was a significant positive correlation between the grit and expertise of infant teachers and the variables of teacher-infant secure attachment. Second, as a result of examining the impact of the infant teacher's grit and recognition of expertise on the stability of the teacher-infant attachment, the infant teacher's grit, passion and interest factors, and among the expertise recognition factors, teaching ability, communication ability, and expertise. Stretching ability was found to have a significant positive effect on the stability of the teacher-infant attachment, and among them, the communication ability of the infant teacher was analyzed to have the greatest impact on the stability of the teacher-infant attachment. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data for developing teacher education programs and preparing systematic support measures to increase the grit and professionalism of infant teachers, which are important variables in forming the safety of teacher-infant attachment.

본 연구의 목적은 영아 교사의 그릿과 전문성 인식이 교사-영아의 애착 안정성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 2023년 6월 9일부터 6월 23일까지 서울, 경기, 인천 소재 어린이집에 재직 중인 영아반 교 사 310명을 대상으로 설문자료를 활용하여, 빈도분석과 기술분석, 상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연 구결과 첫째, 영아 교사의 그릿과 전문성 인식, 교사-영아 안정 애착성의 변인들 간에는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관 이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아 교사의 그릿과 전문성 인식이 교사-영아의 애착 안정성에 미치는 영향을 살 펴본 결과, 영아 교사의 그릿, 요인 중에서는 열정과 흥미 요인이, 전문성 인식 요인 중에서는 교수 능력, 의사소통 능력, 전문성 신장 능력이 교사-영아의 애착 안정성에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 그중에 서 영아 교사의 의사소통 능력이 교사-영아 애착 안정성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결 과가 교사-영아 애착 안전성 형성에 중요한 변인으로 작용하는 영아 교사의 그릿과 전문성 인식 증진을 위한 교사 교육 프로그램 개발 및 체계적인 지원방안 마련을 위한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 활용되기를 기대한다.
