The purpose of this study was to investigate patient safety culture perception, perception the importance of patient safety, patient safety management activities for caregivers. Subjects were 223 caregivers and data were collected from august 1 to 16, 2022. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 29.0 program. Patient safety management activities was a positive correlation with patient safety culture perception(r=.172, p<.05). Predictive factors for patient safety management activities were patient safety culture perception(B=0.18, p=.010) and its explanatory power was 25.4%(Adj R2=.254, p=.010). Based on the results, it is proposed to develop and apply a patient safety education program to improve of patient safety management activitie of caregivers.

본 연구는 요양보호사를 대상으로 환자안전문화 인식 및 환자안전관리 중요성 인식, 환자안전관리 활동과 의 상관관계를 확인하고 환자안전관리 활동 예측요인을 알아보고자 수행한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 요 양보호사 223명을 대상으로 2022년 8월 1일부터 16일까지 자료수집 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0 프로그 램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Person’s correlation coefficients, Multiple linear regression으 로 분석하였다. 환자안전관리 활동은 환자안전문화 인식과 양의 상관관계를 보였고(r=.172, p<.05), 환자안전관리 활 동의 예측요인으로 환자안전문화 인식(B=0.18, p=.010)이 도출되었으며, 설명력은 25.4%였다(Adj R2=.254, p=.010). 본 연구결과를 근거로 요양보호사의 환자안전관리 활동을 고취시키기 위한 환자안전교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 것을 제언한다.
