This study is a qualitative study to understand the nature of health promotion behavior factors through female college students' experiences of factors influencing health promotion behavior. Colazzi's phenomenological research method was applied to the interview data, and data was collected from 10 female college students over a period of approximately one month from April 3 to April 28, 2023. As a result, 3 themes and 10 subtopics emerged, and 3 themes were derived, including ‘health management habits’, ‘deterioration in the health of people around us’, and ‘experience of being sick’. Female college students learned the meaning of the influencing factors of health promotion behavior and were found to be able to experience their own internal maturity. It was a time to learn the true meaning of female college students' health promotion behaviors through the factors that influence them. As a result of this study, we were able to understand the factors that influence female college students' health promotion behaviors, which will be able to be applied to various programs in the next.

본 연구는 여대생의 건강증진행위에 영향요인의 경험을 통해 건강증진행위요인에 대한 본질을 이해하는 질적 연구이다. 면담자료는 Colazzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하였으며, 여대생 10명을 대상으로 자료수집은 2023년 4월 3일부터 4월 28일까지 약 1개월에 걸쳐서 행하였다. 그 결과 3개의 주제와 10개의 하부주제로 나타났 으며, ‘건강관리의 습관’, ‘주변사람들의 건강악화’, ‘아파본 경험’등으로 3개 주제가 도출되었다. 여대생들은 건강증 진행위의 영향요인에 대한 내적 의미에 대해 알게 되었으며, 본인의 내적 성숙을 경험할 수 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 여대생의 건강증진행위 영향요인을 파악하고, 이해할 수 있는 참된 의미를 알아가는 시간이었으며, 본 연구 결 과 여대생의 건강증진행위에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해 이해할 수 있었고, 추후 다양한 프로그램에 적용할 수 있을 것이다.
