This study examines the implementation of youth policy in the field, focusing on the National Pyeongchang Youth Center(PNYC), Korea's first national youth center with a 25-year history. It explores how the center executes youth policy and the resulting impact on youth. The findings reveal that the PNYC plays a pivotal role as a key disseminator of youth policy, supporting youth development and empowerment through diverse programs and activities. This research underscores the significance of the National Pyeongchang Youth Center and provides insights into the practical implementation of youth policy and the implications for youth activities. It also suggests future research directions, including comparative studies across different institutions, exploration of youth participation and experience, and analysis of the policy decision-making process.
