This study was conducted with the aim of verifying the mediating effect of social support in the impact of cultural adaptation stress on career decision-making in teenagers from multicultural families and making theoretical, practical, and policy suggestions to strengthen their career decision-making. The summary of the findings of this study is as follows. It has been confirmed that cultural adaptation stress of adolescents from multicultural families has a complete mediating effect that affects career decision-making through social support. These results are supported by previous studies that claimed that cultural adaptation stress causes low social support, and are in line with previous studies that low social support negatively affects career decision-making. This means that efforts are needed to increase social support to strengthen the career decision-making of teenagers from multicultural families.
