- The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of parenting stress in the relationships between acculturative stress, depression, and anxiety among married immigrant women. Additionally, the study aims to determine whether this mediation process stress is moderated by social support. For this purpose, 154 married immigrant women in a metropolitan city participated and results are as follows. First, parenting stress partially mediated the relationship between acculturative stress and depression. Second, parenting stress partially mediated the relationship between acculturative stress and anxiety. Third, social support moderated the mediating effect of parenting stress in the relationship between acculturative stress and depression. Fourth, social support moderated the mediating effect of parenting stress in the relationship between acculturative stress and anxiety. Our findings suggest that culturally sensitive and family-focused support interventions could be effective in addressing mental health problems among married immigrant women.

- 본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 문화적응스트레스와 우울 및 불안의 관계에서 양육스트 레스가 매개효과를 갖는지 확인하고, 양육스트레스의 매개효과가 사회적 지지에 의해 조절되는지 알아보기 위해 조절된 매개모형을 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 A광역시에 거 주하는 결혼이주여성 154명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 자료를 분석에 활 용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화적응스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 양육스트레스의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 문화적응스트레스와 불안 의 관계에서 양육스트레스의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 문화적응스트레스와 우 울의 관계에서 양육스트레스의 매개효과가 사회적 지지에 의해 조절되는, 조절된 매개 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 문화적응스트레스와 불안의 관계에서 양육스트 레스의 매개효과가 사회적 지지에 의해 조절되어 조절된 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나 타났다. 본 연구 결과는 결혼이주여성의 정신건강 문제에 대해 문화적 감수성이 고려 된 개입과 가족단위의 개입이 보다 효과적일 것임을 시사한다.
