This study aimed to verify the prepost effectiveness of a collaborative competency enhancement program based on the TeamSTEPPS framework and its use in patient safety nursing education. Repeated measures ANOVA was applied to evaluate the collaborative attitudes and behaviors of 56 nursing students and to understand the effects of self-regulation ability variables and prior learning credits. Collaborative behaviors and attitudes improved after the program. Although there were differences in collaborative attitudes depending on prior knowledge, it appeared that prior knowledge had no effect on collaborative behaviors. In addition, collaborative behaviors were negatively correlated with emotional adaptation. TeamSTEPPS framework improves teamwork behaviors. To effectively cultivate collaborative competency, it is important to consider coaching skills and social psychological variables.

이 연구는 TeamSTEPPS framwork를 근간으로 협력역량 강화프로그램의 전후 효과를 검정하여 환자안 전 간호교육에 사용하기 위해 시도하였다. 간호대학생 56명의 협력태도와 행동을 평가하고 자기조절 능력 변인과 선수 학습의 영향을 파악하기 위해 반복측정 분산분석을 적용하였다. 프로그램 후 협력행동과 태도의 평균점수 는 향상하였다. 협력태도는 사전지식에 따라 평균점수의 차이를 보였으나 협력행동에서는 사전지식의 영향이 나 타나지 않았다. 또한, 협력행동의 효과와 자기조절 능력의 정서적응과 부적 상관관계가 있었다. TeamSTEPPS framwork은 팀워크를 위한 협력역량을 향상시킨다. 효과적인 협력역량 함양을 위해서는 사회심리적 변인을 고려 한 코칭 스킬이 중요하다.
