The purpose of this study was to investigate perception of importance patient safety management, patient safety attitude, and patient safety management practice. Subjects were 196 caregivers and data were collected from october 1 to 31, 2023. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 29.0. Patient safety management practice was a positive correlation with perception of importance patient safety management(r=.309, p<.001) and patient safety attitude (r=.270, p<.001). Patient safety attitude was a positive correlation with perception of importance patient safety management(r=.330, p<.001). Factors influencing patient safety management practice were perception of importance patient safety management(B=0.28, p<.001) and patient safety attitude(B=0.17, p=.009), and the explanatory power was 11.9% (Adj R2=. 119, p<.001). According to the results of this study, it is proposed to develop and apply a patient safety education program to improve of patient safety management practice of caregivers.

본 연구는 요양보호사를 대상으로 환자안전관리 중요성 인식 및 환자안전 태도, 환자안전관리 실천 수준 과 의 상관관계를 확인하고 환자안전관리 실천 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 요양보호 사 196명을 대상으로 2022년 10월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 이용하여 independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person’s correlation coefficients, Multiple linear regression으로 확인 하였다. 환자안전관리 실천은 환자안전관리 중요성 인식(r=.309, p<.001)과 환자안전 태도(r=.270, p<.001), 환자안전 태도는 환자안전관리 중요성 인식과 양의 상관관계를 보였다(r=.330, p<.001). 환자안전관리 실천 영향요인은 환자안 전관리 중요성 인식(B=0.28, p<.001), 환자안전 태도(B=0.17, p=.009)로 나타났고, 설명력은 11.9%였다(Adj R2=.119, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 근거로 요양보호사의 환자안전관리 실천 수준을 증진시키기 위한 환자안전 교육프로그램 을 개발하여 적용할 것을 제언한다.
