This study examines the current status of the 'local culture and arts support project' in Hongseong-gun and seeks ways to improve the support project to revitalize local culture. Focusing on the local culture and arts support project implemented in 2022, the performance and problems were derived by examining the current status of the project, such as the field of support, the target and scale of support, and the evaluation method. Based on this, the proposed improvements are as follows. First, by preparing support targets and standards that meet the purpose of the support project, we will secure the fairness and professionalism of the contest project. Second, consulting and education for strengthening the capacity of art organizations and strengthening the creative safety net Third, selection and intensive support for the development and expansion of distinctive regional contents Fourth, a direction was presented for the establishment of an evaluation system for the promotion of sustainable local culture and arts. Based on this, it is expected that the improvement of the support project will be used when the Hongju Culture and Tourism Foundation determines the direction of the local culture and art support policy and supports artists and art organizations.

본 연구는 홍성군의 ‘지역문화예술지원사업’의 현황을 살펴보고, 지역문화 활성화를 위한 지원사업 개선방 향을 모색하고자 하였다. 2022년에 시행한 지역문화예술지원사업을 중심으로 사업분야, 지원대상과 규모, 평가방식 등 수행현황을 점검하여 성과와 문제점을 도출했다. 이를 기반으로 제시한 사업의 개선내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지원사업의 목적에 부합하는 지원대상과 기준마련으로 공모사업의 공정성과 전문성을 확보하고 둘째, 예술단체의 역량강화와 창작안전망 강화를 위한 컨설팅과 교육의 병행 셋째, 지역의 특색 있는 콘텐츠의 개발과 확대를 위한 선택과 집중지원 넷째, 지속가능한 지역문화예술진흥을 위한 평가시스템 구축으로 방향성을 제시하였다. 이를 기 반으로 지원사업의 개선 내용은 홍주문화관광재단에서 지역문화예술지원정책의 방향을 정하고 예술가와 예술단체 를 지원할 때 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
