The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of one-person households, verify factors affecting housing satisfaction, and provide basic data for preparing housing policies and services. The main research method is multiple logistic regression analysis with the data from the Daegu Social Survey (2019) of a total of 2,463 samples. Based on housing satisfaction, the dependent variables were classified as a high-satisfaction group, an average-satisfaction group, and a low-satisfaction group, and the average satisfaction group was set as the reference group for the analysis. This study included independent variables such as demographic factors, financial factors, environment, and housing type factors to find out the impact on housing satisfaction. The result of the analysis depicts that women, low-income groups, and middle-aged groups are more likely to be included in a high housing satisfaction group statistically. In addition, apartment dwellers are more satisfied than others. This study offers implications for housing policies and services considering generational characteristics, social characteristics, and regional characteristics.

이 연구는 우리나라에서 급격하게 증가하는 1인 가구의 특성을 이해하고 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 요 인을 검증하여 주거 정책 및 서비스 마련에 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 설정하고 수행하였다. 이를 위해 대구사회조사(2019)를 활용해 1인 가구라고 응답한 2,463명을 대상으로 주거만족도에 대한 영향요인을 인구적 요 인, 재정적 요인, 환경 및 주거형태 요인으로 연구 모형을 구성하고 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하여 영향력을 분석하였다. 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석의 종속변수는 주거상황에 따른 1인 가구의 만족도를 기준으로 만족도가 높은 집단, 보통인 집단, 그리고 낮은 집단으로 구분하고 만족도가 보통인 집단을 준거집단으로 설정했다. 분석결과 남 성보다 여성이, 연령적으로는 중년일 경우, 고소득 집단 보다는 저소득 집단이 그리고 환경에 대한 만족도가 높을 수록 주거만족이 높은 집단에 포함될 확률이 통계적으로 높다고 분석되었다. 또한 주거형태는 아파트인 경우에 주 거만족도가 높다고 분석되었다. 이 연구를 통해 1인 가구의 주거 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악할 수 있었 으며 세대적 특성, 사회적 특성, 그리고 지역적 특성을 고려한 정책과 서비스에 대한 함의를 제시하였다.
