[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among the safety management levels of golf coach, attendees’s safety accident recognition and verbally intentions. [Method] 220 samples were collected by a convenience sampling method, which population was adults who were taken lessons from coaches at an indoor driving range installed golf simulators in Seoul and Gangwon State. Among them, 200 samples were analysed and 20 samples were excluded as they were regarded as unreliable. [Result] Firstly, safety management of golf coach had a partly positive(+) influence on the attendees’s safety accident recognition. Secondly, safety management of golf coach had a positive(+) influence on the attendees’s verbally intentions. Finally, attendees’s safety accident recognition had a partly positive(+) influence on the verbally intentions. [Conclusion] Coach prioritizes improving attendees' golf skills, but if they focus more on safety, they will be able to form a safe golf culture, which will lead to positive word of mouth for attendees around them, which will lead to another advertising effect through the increase in the number of users and attendees at the facility.

[목적] 이 연구는 골프 지도자의 안전관리 수준과 수강자의 안전사고 인식 및 구전의도의 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 서울특별시와 강원특별자치도에 위치하고 골프 시뮬레이터가 설치된 실내연습장의 지도자에게 강습을 받는 성인을 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 220명의 표본을 수집하였으며, 이중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 20명의 자료를 제외한 총 200부의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프 지도자의 안전관리 수준은 수 강자의 안전사고 인식에 부분적으로 정적(+)인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 골프 지도자의 안전관리 수준은 수강자의 구전 의도에 정적(+)인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 골프 수강자의 안전사고 인식은 구전의도에 부분적으로 정적(+)인 영향 을 미쳤다. [결론] 지도자는 수강자의 골프 실력 향상을 우선시 하지만 안전에 대해 조금 더 초점을 맞춰 지도한다면 수강자의 안전한 골프 문화를 형성시켜 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 이를 통해 수강자들이 주변에 긍정적 구전이 이루어져 시설의 이용자 및 수강자의 증가를 통하여 또 다른 광고효과를 가져올 것이다.
