Going through the corona situation has brought about changes in various living environments. In particular, due to the social phenomenon of refraining from going out, delivery culture has become established in everyday life. As such, non-face-to-face activities have started and eating out has decreased, and people who feel burdened by phone calls have begun to pay attention to delivery apps that can be easily accessed. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed what kind of increase the delivery app has shown so far in a situation where the number of delivery orders has increased since the corona. In addition, a study was conducted to analyze the perception of the public using news topics. As a research analysis method, text mining technique was used. In addition, for data prediction, Scikit-Learn was applied and correlation analysis was performed according to the type and number of delivery orders. Through this, a correlation analysis was conducted on the increase and decrease in delivery demand, and finally, the impact of delivery service was analyzed.

코로나 상황을 겪으면서 다양한 생활 환경의 변화를 초래하였다. 특히, 외출을 자제하는 사회적 현상으로 인해 배달 문화가 일상 생활에서 자리잡게 되었다. 이와 같이, 비대면 활동이 시작하고 외식이 줄어 전화에 부담감을 느끼는 사람들도 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 배달앱에 관심을 두기 시작하였다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 코로나 이후로 배달 주문의 횟수가 늘어나고 배달앱이 현재까지 어떤 상승 폭을 보여줬는지를 분석하고 뉴스토픽을 활용하여 대중들의 인식을 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 분석 방법으로는 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하였으며, 데이터 예측을 위해서는 사이킷런을 적용하여 배달 주문 형태 및 횟수 등에 따른 상관성 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해, 배달 수요도 증감에 대한 상관분석을 수행하여 최종적으로 배달 서비스가 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.
