This paper attempted to introduce total quality management activities for sustainable management and innovation in the environment of the 4th Industrial Revolution and analyze activity factors that significantly affect the productivity of domestic manufacturing-based SMEs. To this end, a survey was conducted on executives and employees working in domestic manufacturing-based SMEs, and 324 copies collected were empirically analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result of the study, it was found that all five sub-factors of total quality management activities had a statistically significant effect on productivity. These findings suggest that traditional total quality management activities are very important as fundamental activities for productivity improvement, which is the purpose of strategically building and implementing systems in a rapidly changing fourth industrial environment.

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명 환경속에서 지속가능한 경영과 혁신을 위해 전사적 품질경영활동을 도입하고 실 행중인 국내 제조기반 중소기업의 생산성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 활동요인을 분석하여 효율적으로 관리하고 전 략적 추진방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 제조기반 중소기업에 재직중인 임직원을 대상으로 설문조사 를 진행하여 수집된 324부를 SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0을 활용해 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과 전사적 품질경영활 동의 5가지 하위요인들이 생산성에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 급변하는 4차 산업환경에서 제조기반 중소기업의 경영진이 전략적으로 시스템을 구축하고 실행하는 목적인 생산 성 향상에 전통적인 전사적 품질경영활동이 근원적 활동으로써 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
