This study analyzed the effects of flow, perceived usefulness, and activity-oriented motivation of extracurricular program participants on educational satisfaction. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting 178 students who participated in the extracurricular program. The main research results are as follows. First, it was found that the flow of the extracurricular program participants did not affect the educational satisfaction. Second, it was found that perceived usefulness and activity-oriented motivation had a positive effect on education satisfaction. This can be interpreted as the perception that participation in extracurricular programs is helpful for one's own learning activities and the activity experience itself through communication and cooperation with others has a positive effect on education satisfaction. Through this study, it was suggested that the necessity of performance analysis through the operation of non-subject programs in universities should be raised, and that measures should be prepared so that students can easily access extracurricular programs.

본 연구는 비교과 프로그램 참여자의 몰입, 지각된 유용성, 활동지향동기가 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 비교과 프로그램에 참여한 학생 178명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행했으며, 응답 결과를 토 대로 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비교과 프로그램 참여자의 몰입은 교육 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성과 활동지향동기는 교육 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 비교과 프로그램 참여로 인해 자신의 학습활동에 도움이 된다고 인식하는 것과 타인과 소통과 협 력을 통한 활동 경험 자체가 교육 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구 결과, 대학에서 비교과 프로그램의 운영을 통한 지속적 성과 분석과 학생들이 비교과 프로그램에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방안 마련 이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
