Study surveyed convergence correlation between the personality types, major satisfaction, self-efficacy, communication ability of some dental hygiene(department) students was analyzed using the SPSS WIN18.0 program. Average of personality types according to general characteristics was the lowest in neuroticism and the highest in favorability. Extroversion, 4 years, high grades and neuroticism, 3years, 1-2 grades, openness, sympathy, conscientiousness were analyzed with high grades. Correlation analysis between personality type, major satisfaction, self-efficacy, communication ability showed that extraversion, and liking were positive major satisfaction, self-efficacy, communication ability, openness and conscientiousness were positive self-efficacy, communication ability. Regression analysis of personality type, major satisfaction, self-efficacy, communication ability is Y(major satisfaction) = 3.059 - .105(neurosis) + .191(Likeable), Y(self-efficacy) = 1.764 + .195(extroversion) + .192(integrity), Y(communication ability) = .130 + .236(extroversion) - .086(neurosis) + .252(Likeable), Overall, multifaceted efforts should be made systematically for programs that consider personality types well.

본 연구는 2023년 3월부터 4월까지 일부 대학 치위생(학)과 학생들의 성격유형과 전공만족도, 자기효능 감, 의사소통능력의 설문도구로 융합적 관계를 조사하여 SPSS WIN18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 일반적인 특성 에 따른 성격유형의 평균은 신경증이 가장 낮고 호감성이 가장 높았다. 외향성은 학제는 4년제, 성적은 높은 경우, 신경증은 학제는 3년제, 학년은 1-2학년, 개방성, 호감성, 성실성은 성적이 높은 경우 높게 분석되었다. 성격유형과 전공만족도, 자기효능감, 의사소통능력과의 상관분석은 외향성과 호감성은 전공만족도, 자기효능감, 의사소통능력과는 양의 관계, 개방성과 성실성은 자가효능감, 의사소통능력에서 양의 관계를 나타냈다. 성격유형과 전공만족도, 자기효능 감, 의사소통능력의 회귀분석은 Y(전공만족도)=3.059-.105(신경증)+.191(호감성), Y(자기효능감)=1.764+.195(외향성)+ .192(성실성), Y(의사소통)=2.130+.236(외향성)-.086.(신경증)+.252(호감성)으로 분석되었다. 총괄적으로 성격유형을 잘 고려한 프로그램에 대한 다각적인 노력이 체계적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
