FFT Harmonics Analysis Using PQA in 12-Pulse-Converter with Auxiliary-Converter Applicable to Elevator Inverter
In elevators and escalators, harmonics are the root cause of noise and heat in existing 12-pulse converters, which are applicable to inverters of motors and are commonly used. Therefore, there is an urgent need for research in the direction of reducing harmonics in the converter. Therefore, in this study, in order to analyze harmonics in a newly proposed converter using an auxiliary converter and verify and confirm the effectiveness of harmonic reduction, a 1.5kW proto-type converter was constructed and a power analyzer (Power Quality Analyzer, PQA) was used. As a result of harmonic analysis, it was confirmed that the harmonic components in the proposed converter were generally small.

엘리베이터 및 에스컬레이터에서 전동기의 인버터에 적용 가능하고, 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 기존 12 펄스컨버터에서 고조파는 소음과 발열의 근본 원인이다. 그러므로 컨버터에서는 고조파를 줄이는 방향의 연구가 절실한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보조컨버터를 활용한 새로 제안된 컨버터에서의 고조파를 분석하여, 고조파 절감의 효과성을 검증하고 확인하고자, 1.5kW 축소형 컨버터를 구성하여 전력분석기(Power Quality Analyzer, PQA)를 이용하여 고조파를 분석한 결과, 제안된 컨버터에서 고조파 성분이 전반적으로 작음을 확인할 수 있었다.
