Drawing on the theory of planned behavior this study investigates the factorsthat determine the entrepreneurship intention of university undergraduatestudents. Specifically, this study explores the main constructs of the theory ofplanned behavior such as attitude, subjective norm, and behavior control ongreen entrepreneurship intention. In addition, the effects of environmentalconcerns and environmental knowledge of the undergraduate students areexamined on the attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control ofundergraduate students. Data was collected from a sample size of 212 fromdifferent universities in Daejeon, Korea. Partial least squared-based structuralequation modeling was conducted to analyze the data. The findings showed thatsubjective norm and perceived behavioral control have positive significanteffects on green entrepreneurship intention whereas the positive relationshipbetween attitude and green entrepreneurship intention was not supported. Similarly, environmental concerns and environmental knowledge have significantpositive effects on attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Based on the findings of this study, the theoretical and managerial implicationsare discussed in detail.

본 연구는 2010년부터 2022년까지 우리나라 제조업 상장 기업들을 대상으로, 자발적구조조정 기업들이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석 하고자 한다. 구체적으로 자발적 구조조정을 사업 구조조정, 조직 구조조정, 그리고 재무 구조조정으로 구분하여, 주식수익률, 노동투자효율성, 그리고 매출액영업이익률에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 지속가능경영을 위한 기업 구조조정 성과를 확인한다. 분석결과, 사업 구조조정은주식수익률에 긍정적인 결과가 나타났다. 그리고 재무 구조조정 또한 매출액영업이익률에 긍정적인 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사업구조 집중화와 채무조정 노력이 기업의 지속가능경영에 관하여 긍정적으로 작용할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 하지만 조직구조조정은 노동투자효율성에 관하여 부정적인 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자발적구조조정을 수행함에 있어 유형별로 신중한 접근이 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 장기화된 경기침체와 저성장 상태인 위기 제조업의 경쟁력을 제고 하고 선제적이고시의적절한 자발적 구조조정을 통해 기업들이 도산위기에 직면하지 않도록 회생방안을모색함으로써 관련 선행연구에 공헌하고자 한다. 또한 사회적 관점에서 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 사전적·자발적 구조조정의 상시화가 자본시장의 불확실성을 완화하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다는 근거로 활용될 수 있으므로 자발적 구조조정 공시 체계의 제정을 촉구할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
