[Purpose] In order to verify the influence and effectiveness of the exchange relationship (LMX) and athletic performance between amateur golfers and leaders, this study is a condition for winning the game? In addition, it was intended to provide meaningful basic data to the golf field by identifying factors that have a negative impact. [Method] Frequency analysis and technical statistics were conducted on the collected data using SPSS and AMOS 25.0, and confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted. In addition, the structural model was analyzed to verify the effects of self and counterpart. [Result] First, it can be seen that the higher the player exchange relationship, the higher the player mobility, and the higher the leader exchange relationship, the higher the player mobility. Second, it can be seen that the higher the player exchange relationship, the higher the leader mobility, and the higher the leader exchange relationship, the higher the leader mobility. [Conclusion] In elite sites where victory is important, interchange relationships affect athletic performance, and in particular, self-evaluation (A↔B) is expected to act as an important factor in achieving joint goals.

[목적] 본 연구는 아마추어 골프선수-지도자 간의 교환관계(LMX)와 운동성과에 관하여 영향력 그리고 효과성을 검 증하고, 경기에 승리를 위한 조건? 부정적인 영향을 주는 요인에 파악함으로써 골프 현장에 의미 있는 자료를 제공 하고자 하였다. [방법] 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계를 실시하였으며, 확인적 요인분석과 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 자기 및 상대방 효과를 검증하기 위하여 구조모형을 분석하였다. [결과] 첫 째, 선수 교환관계가 높을수록 선수 운동성과도 높아지며, 지도자 교환관계가 높을수록 선수 운동성과도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 선수 교환관계가 높을수록 지도자 운동성과도 높아지며, 지도자 교환관계가 높을수록 지도자 운동성과도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. [결론] 승리가 중요한 엘리트 현장에서 상호 교환관계는 운동성과에 영향을 미치며 특히, 자기평가(A↔B)는 공동목표 달성에 중요한 요인으로 작용될 것으로 나타났다.
