[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to derive the relationship between the golf resort's restorative servicescape, recovery experience, and customer satisfaction. [Method] For the purpose of the study, a statistical analysis was conducted on 229 users who visited the golf resort within the last year, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. [Result] According to the results obtained, out of the factors of the golf resort restorative servicescape, departure, fascination, and suitability, excluding structure, had a positive (+) effect on the recovery experience, and recovery experience had a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. [Conclusion] In this study, the restorative servicescape of customers using golf resorts was identified as an important factor influencing the recovery experience, and various implications, including the development as a restorative servicescape of the material environment, were suggested for the sustainable development of golf resorts.

[목적] 본 연구 목적은 골프리조트의 회복적 서비스스케이프와 회복경험 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향관계를 도출하는 것이다. [방법] 연구목적을 위해 최근 1년간 골프 리조트를 방문한 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 229부의 설문을 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면 골프 리조트 회복적 서비스스케이프의 요인 중 짜임새를 제외한 벗어남, 매혹감, 적합성이 회복경험에 정 (+)의 영향을 미치고, 회복경험은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 가설검증 결과 본 연구에서는 골프 리조 트 이용고객의 회복적 서비스스케이프는 회복경험에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인으로 확인하였으며, 골프 리조트의 지 속가능한 발전을 위해 물질적 환경의 회복적 서비스스케이프로서의 개발을 비롯한 다양한 시사점을 제시하였다.
