This study is a descriptive research study to identify the factors that affect clinical nurses' organizational communication satisfaction and patient safety silence on error reporting. The subjects of the study were 182 nurses who had worked for more than one year at three general hospitals located in G Metropolitan City, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire from March 13 to March 124, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program, analyzed by independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression, and post-verification was performed by Scheffé test. As a result of this study, the most influential factor in error reporting was work type (β=-0.211), followed by patient safety silence (β =-0.204), communication media (β=0.203), and organizational atmosphere (β=-0.160), with an explanatory power of 20.6%. In conclusion, in order to reduce error reporting and prevent patient safety incidents, hospitals should make efforts to increase the transition of clinical nurses to full-time positions. In addition, it is very important to create an organizational atmosphere so that clinical nurses do not behave in patient safety silence and to increase the degree of organizational communication satisfaction.

본 연구는 임상간호사의 조직의사소통만족과 환자안전침묵이 오류보고에 영향을 미치는 요 인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G광역시에 소재한 3개 종합병원에서 1년 이상 근 무한 간호사 182명으로, 2023년 3월 13일부터 3월 24일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집 하였다. SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램은 독립 t-검정, 일원 분산분석, 다중회귀로 분석하였고 사후검증은 Scheffé test로 하였다. 본 연구 결과, 오류보고에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 업무유형(β=-0.211) 이었고, 환자안전침묵(β=-0.204), 소통매체(β=0.203), 조직분위기(β= -0.160), 설명력은 20.6%이 다. 결론적으로 병원은 오류 보고를 줄이고 환자 안전 사고를 예방하기 위해 임상 간호사의 정규직 전 환을 늘리기 위해 노력해야 한다. 또한 임상간호사가 환자안전 침묵 속에서 행동하지 않도록 조직 분위 기를 조성하고 조직적 의사소통 만족도를 높이는 것이 매우 중요하다.
