The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing practice transfer motivation of nursing students who experienced untact learning in theoretical and in-class practice courses during the COVID-19 situation. The study employed a descriptive research design and utilized data analysis. Data collection was conducted from April to May 2021, and the participants consisted of 220 nursing students. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Through multiple regression, the main variables accounted for 52.8% of the variance in nursing practice transfer motivation. Department satisfaction emerged as the strongest predictor for nursing practice transfer motivation among nursing students, followed by communication competence, evaluative concern perfectionism, gender, and location of the university. Based on these findings, it is recommended that a nursing education program be established and verified to promote nursing practice transfer motivation and practice transfer.

본 연구는 COVID-19로 비대면수업을 경험한 간호대학생의 임상실습전이동기에 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 본 연구 대상자는 COVID-19로 인해 비대면수업을 경험한 3학년 간호대학생 220 명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2021년 4월부터 5월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 학과만족도, 의사소통능력, 평가염려완벽주의, 성별, 학교의 지리적 위 치가 간호대학생의 임상실습전이동기에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 이는 임상실습전이동기를 52.8%를 설명하였다. 이에 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 임상실습전이동기와 임상실습전이를 향상시키기 위한 간 호교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 검증을 제언한다.
