This study examines the effects of human rights attitudes and multicultural competencies of prospective social workers on multicultural acceptance. To this end, the response data of 280 prospective social workers who completed social welfare practice among university students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Daegu/Gyeongbuk region were analyzed. The result is: First, it was confirmed that the average score of human rights attitude, multicultural competency, and multicultural acceptance was higher than the middle. Second, the relationship between human rights attitude, multicultural competency, and multicultural acceptability showed a positive correlation. Third, as a result of verifying the effect of human rights attitude and multicultural competence on multicultural acceptance, both variables were found to have an effect on multicultural acceptance. Through these results, as a way to improve the multicultural acceptance of prospective social workers, the necessity of human rights education and the development and implementation of a program to promote multicultural competence was suggested.

본 연구는 예비사회복지사의 인권태도와 다문화역량이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향 을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 대구‧경북지역 소재 대학생 중 사회복지실 습을 마친 예비사회복지사 280명의 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인권태도, 다문화역량, 다문화수용성의 평균점수는 각각 3.64, 3.64, 4.04로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 인권태도, 다문화역량, 다문화수용성 간의 관 계는 긍정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 인권태도와 다문화역량이 다문화수용성에 미 치는 영향을 검증한 결과 두 변수 모두 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되 었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 예비사회복지사의 다문화수용성을 향상시키는 방안으로 인 권교육과 다문화역량을 고취시키는 프로그램의 개발 및 실행의 필요성을 제시하였다.
