This analytical study on the evaluation of practical application, in which those who have completed the technology management training course for SMEs and venture companies in Jeon-nam province. In order to assess the practical applicability of each of the 85 survey subjects by process, and the result of deriving the factors of learner's characteristics, curriculum characteristics, and organizational characteristics. The results of the evaluation of practical application from 85 samples of Jeon-nam SMEs are basically high (approx. 4.10 points), in terms of practical applicability by course. To specific, first, in based on curriculums, the practical applicability of the curriculum was high, however, the practical applicability of the curriculum based on the theory of technology management and R&D management was relatively low. Second, in influencer scores also showed similar characteristics. Inferring these results, it can be understood that SMEs feel the benefits of the curriculum that can be directly applied in practice. Lastly, the regression analysis showed a high impact on the education design and the contents of the education, but a low impact on the adequacy of the instructor, organizational promotion and obstacles. Based on the analysis results, local governments were able to go beyond the provision and operation of existing SMEs educational curricula, and have implications for the demands for more in-depth curriculum design, problem solving of teacher supply, and spreading to corporate performance. In this sense, the analysis of the practical applicability of this study can provide the practical implications of supportive education program for regional SMEs and a new starting point for related discussion.

본 연구는 전라남도지역 중소기업 및 벤처기업의 기술경영 교육을 시행 후 기술경영교육과정을 이수한 교육대상자를 대상으로 현업적용도 평가에 대한 분석연구이다. 동 분석은 85명의 설문대상자의 과정별 현업적용도 평가이다. 현업적용도 분석의 주요 구성요인인 학습자 특성, 교육과정특성, 조직특성의 영향요인을 도출한 후 이를 종합하여 시사점을 도출한다. 전체 전라남도 중소기업의 현업적용도 결과는 기본적으로 높은 수준(약 4.10점)을 나타나고 있어 운영성과가 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 과정별 현업적용도 측면에서 실무적인 영역의 교육과정의 경우, 현업적용도가 높은 반면, 기술경영 및 R&D관리 이론기반의 교육과정의 경우 현업적용도가 비교적 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 또한 영향요인 점수 결과도 유사한 특성을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 유추할 때, 중소기업의 경우 실무에서 바로 적용 가능한 교육과정에 대한 효익을 강하게 느끼는 것으로 파악할 수 있다. 마지막으로 회귀분석결과 교육설계 및 교육내용이 높은 영향도를 보였으나, 강사의 적절성 및 조직의 촉진과 장애는 낮은 영향도를 보였다. 본 연구결과 지방정부에서 수행하는 중소기업 R&D 관련교육은 중소기업에 특화된 교육과정 설계, 교육내용이 기업의 역량 제고로 연계될 수 있는 운영이 필요함을 확인하였다 이같은 차원에서 본 연구의 현업적용도 평가를 통한 분석은 이상의 시사점을 제공 및 관련 논의의 새로운 단초가 될 수 있을 것이다.
