- This study aims to analyze the current status of gender cognitive sensitivity of female disabled athletes and to come up with improvement measures to improve gender cognitive sensitivity of female disabled athletes based on the current analysis. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey and in-depth interview were conducted to find out the current status of gender sensitivity of female athletes with disabilities. Through this, four improvement measures to expand the gender sensitivity of female disabled athletes based on the current status of gender sensitivity of female disabled athletes are as follows. First, it is the internalization of sexual harassment and sexual violence prevention education through the development and application of various educational methods Second, it is necessary to open a new gender sensitivity education. Third, education to improve gender sensitivity of physical education leaders is needed. Fourth, hiring a manager specializing in gender equality education at Icheon Training Center.As a suggestion of this study, first, it is necessary to provide basic data for expanding sports participation by conducting a basic survey and a demand survey for all disabled athletes. Second, it is necessary to study the business and purpose desired by female athletes with disabilities through qualitative research.

- 본 연구에서는 여성 장애인선수의 성인지 감수성 현황을 분석하고, 현황 분석을 토대로 여성 장애인선수 들의 성인지 감수성 향상을 위한 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 설문조사는 대한장애인 체육회의 2020년 기준으로 등록선수를 대상으로 최종 150명이었다. 심층면담은 장애인선수들로 다양한 종목 및 장 애유형으로 섭외하였고, 최종 5명이 참여하였다. 이를 통해 여성장애인선수의 성인지 감수성 현황을 기반으로 한 여성장애인선수의 성인지 감수성 확대를 위한 개선방안으로 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 교육방식을 개발･적용을 통한 성희롱･성폭력 예방교육의 내실화이다. 둘째, 성인지감수성 교육 신규 개설이 필요하다. 셋째, 체육지도자의 성인지 감수성 향상 교육이 필요하다. 넷째, 이천선수촌에 양성평등교육 전문매니저 채용이다. 본 연구의 제언으로 첫째, 전체 장애인선수를 대상으로 기초조사, 요구도 조사를 실시하여 체육참여 확대를 위한 기초자료를 제공할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 질적연구를 통하여 여성장애인선수들이 원하는 사업과 목적에 대해서 연구가 필요하다.

These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
