The purpose of this study is to discuss the anti-doping education and public relations activities which are important parts of anti-doping activities as well as the preventive dimension of anti-doping activities. The professionality and ethics of the instructors specializing in anti-doping education and public relations, which are the main subjects of anti-doping education and public relations, were conducted through in-depth interviews with qualitative research and participation observation methods, literature review methods, and humanities insights. The purpose of this study was to understand the professionalism and ethics of professional instructors in education and publicity for anti-doping education. First, the doping inspectors' expertise was found to be five results: education preparation, education progress, education method, delivery technique, and doping control officer. Second, the ethics of doping inspectors were shown to be three types: conflict of interest, confidentiality, and human rights. To sum up the above results, 8 key words about the professionalism and ethics of the instructors specializing in anti-doping education should be used in all anti-doping activities. And the concept and relationship of anti-doping agents(doping control officer, professional instructors for anti-doping education and public relations) and the direction to go forward should be continuously studied.

이 연구는 도핑방지활동의 예방적인 차원과 함께 도핑방지 흐름에서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 도핑방지교육 과 홍보활동에 대하여 전반적으로 논의하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 도핑방지 교육 및 홍보 현장의 주체인 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사의 전문성과 윤리성에 대하여 심층면담을 통한 질적인 연구 및 참여관찰방법, 문헌고찰 방법, 그리고 인문학적 통찰을 하였다. 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사의 전문성과 윤리성을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 진행된 이 연구는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 도핑검사관의 전문성에는 교육준비, 교육진행, 교육방법, 전달기법, 도핑검사관 이라는 다섯 가지 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 도핑검사관의 윤리성에는 이해충돌, 비밀유지, 인권 등 세 가지로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사의 전문성과 윤리성에 관한 8가지 키워드를 모든 도핑방지활동에서 잘 활용될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그리고 도핑방지요원들(도핑검사관, 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사)에 대한 개념과 관계, 그리고 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향까지 지속적인 연구가 모색되어야 한다.
