This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the social support for university students majoring in the department of sport and security and their career decision-making types and career determination attitudes. To this end, it recruited university students majoring in the department of sport and security as the population and administered questionnaires to them. It used a total of 243 copies in the final analysis, except for those including insincere responses, among the questionnaires collected, and summarized the following results: First, the social support for university students majoring in the department of sport and security had a partially positive correlation with the career decision-making types, while there were positive correlations between the social support and the career decision-making types, and between the career decision-making types and the career determination attitudes. In conclusion, it was verified that the social support for university students majoring in the department of sport and security is the main variable influencing both career decision-making types and the career determination attitudes, and that the career decision-making types are the main variable influencing the career determination attitudes.

본 연구는 스포츠･경호 전공대학생의 사회적지지와 진로의사유형 및 진로결정태도의 관계를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 실시하였다. 이를 위해 스포츠･경호 전공대학생을 모집단으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 표집된 설문지 중 응답내용이 부실하다고 판단된 자료를 제외한 총 243부를 최종 분석에 사용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 스포츠･경호 전공대학생의 사회적지지는 진로의사유형과 부분적인 정적 상관관계가 나타난 반면 사회적지지와 진로의사유형, 진로의사유형과 진로결정태도는 변인 모두에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠･경호 전공대학 생의 사회적지지는 진로의사유형에 부분적인 정적 영향력이 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠･경호 전공대학생의 사회적지지는 진로결정태도에 부분적인 정적 영향력이 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠･경호 전공대학생의 진로의사유형은 진로결정태도에 부분적인 정적 영향력이 나타났다. 결론적으로 스포츠･경호 전공대학생의 사회적지지는 진로의사유형 및 진로결정태도 에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인이며, 진로의사유형은 진로결정태도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인이라는 것이 검증되었다.
