This study analyzed the difference in the influence of the community environment on the depression of the elderly based on the housing type using the raw data of the 2019 Community Health Survey. The spatial scope of the analysis was limited to Seoul, and housing types were classified by whether they lived in an apartment or not. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, in the case of the elderly group living in apartment, only the network in the social environment of the community had an effect on the depression of the elderly. On the other hand, in the case of the elderly group living in all housing type excluding apartment, health service in the physical environment of the community and trust in the social environment were found to have an effect on depression of the elderly.

본 연구는 2019년 지역사회건강조사 원자료를 활용하여 주택유형을 기준으로 노인 우울에 대 한 지역사회환경의 영향관계 차이를 분석하였다. 분석의 공간적 범위는 서울로 한정하였으며, 주 택유형은 아파트 거주 여부로 구분하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과에 따르면 아파트에 거주하는 노인 집단의 경우 지역사회의 사회적 환경 중 네트워크만이 노인 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 반면 아파트를 제외한 기타 주택유형의 경우 지역사회의 물리적 환경 중 의료서비스에 대한 만족과 사회적 환경 중 신뢰가 노인 우울 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
