If a new service is introduced with the advent of new information technology, it is important to identify the intention to accept it for the stabilization and popularization of the service. Accordingly, research on mobile health care services is also mainly focused on acceptance intention. However, acceptance does not mean continuous use. This study identified the factors affecting the continuous use of mHealth care services based on the expected inconsistency theory and the perceived usefulness of the technology acceptance model, and confirmed their effect on the perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Factors affecting the continuous use of mobile health care services are related to the quality of medical service contents, and reliability(accuracy), security, and playfulness have been confirmed. As a result of the verification, it was found that reliability(accuracy) and playfulness affect perceived usefulness and satisfaction, but security does not affect perceived usefulness and satisfaction. And perceived usefulness and satisfaction had a positive effect on intention to continuous use. These results suggest that companies should be interested in not only acceptance but also continuous use when introducing information technology, and in the case of mobile health care services, companies should pay attention to reliability(accuracy), playfulness as well as security of personal information for continuous use.

새로운 정보기술의 등장에 따른 새로운 서비스가 등장한다면 서비스의 안정화 및 대중화를 위해서 수용 의도를 규명하는 것은 중요하다. 이에 따라 모바일 헬스케어 서비스의 연구 또한 주로 수용의도에 집중되어 있다. 그러나 수용하였다는 것이 지속적으로 사용하고 있음을 의미하지는 않는다. 본 연구는 기대불일치 이론과 기술수용모델의 지각된 유용성을 토대로 모바일 헬스케어 서비스의 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이것이 지각된 유용성과 만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 모바일 헬스케어 서비스의 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 의료서비스 컨텐츠의 특성과 관련된 것 으로 신뢰성(정확성), 보안성, 그리고 유희성이 확인되었다. 검증결과, 신뢰성(정확성)과 유희성이 지각된 유 용성과 만족에 영향을 미치지만, 보안성은 지각된 유용성과 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그 리고 지각된 유용성과 만족은 지속사용의도에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 정보기술의 도입시 수용 뿐만 아니라 지속적 사용에도 기업이 관심을 가져야 되며 모바일 헬스케어 서비스의 경우, 지속적 사용을 위해 기업은 신뢰성(정확성), 유희성과 함께 개인정보의 보안성에도 관심을 가져야 함을 보여준다.
