This study aims to look into the importance and satisfaction through the IPA analysis targeting the parents participating in the parent-child relationship promotion service (early childhood physical education) of D local community investment service, thereby seeking for a plan to boost the parent-children relationship promotion service (early childhood physical education) of D local community investment service based on the identification of the structure of their perception on the education service quality. To this end, a voucher institute in D region implementing the parent-child relationship promotion service (early childhood physical education) was selected as a research environment, and a total of 280 parents of the children with experience in using the parent-child relationship promotion service (early childhood physical education) and equivalent legal guardians were sampled. The findings from the IPA analysis on the parent-child relationship promotion service (early childhood physical education) of D local community investment service based on the results of the difference test on the significance of the educational service quality of the parent-child relationship promotion service (early childhood physical education) of D local community investment service and the satisfaction with it are as below. Ⅰ quadrant included systematicity of the program, problem-solving skills, response to emergencies, class atmosphere, the instructor’s passion, the instructor’s kindness, the instructor’s expertise, communication with the users, individualized concern for the users, and understanding of the users’ demands. Ⅱ quadrant consisted of the facilities’ cleanliness and consistency in the program. Ⅲ quadrant included the facilities’ size, latest educational facilities, teaching according to the plan, and organization of the education time with consideration for the users’ convenience, etc. Ⅳ quadrant included provision and announcement of the class details, immediacy of information offering, level of the program, etc.

이 연구는 D지역사회투자서비스 부모-아동 상호관계증진서비스(유아체육)에 직접 참여하고 있는 학부모들을 대상으로 IPA기법을 통하여 중요도와 만족도를 살펴봄으로써 학부모들이 느끼는 교육서비스품질에 대한 지각 구조를 파악하여 D지역사회투자서비스 부모-아동 상호관계증진서비스(유아체육)를 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 강구하는데 목적 이 있다. 이를 위해 부모-아동 상호관계증진서비스(유아체육)를 실시하고 있는 D지역 바우처 기관을 연구환경으로 선정 하여 실제 부모-아동 상호관계증진서비스(유아체육)를 이용한 경험이 있는 수강생의 부모 및 이에 준하는 법적 보호자를 대상 280여명을 표집하였다. D지역사회투자서비스 부모-아동 상호관계증진서비스(유아체육)의 교육서비스품질에 대 한 중요도 및 만족도 간의 차이검정 결과를 토대로 D지역사회투자서비스 부모-아동 상호관계증진서비스(유아체육)에 대한 IPA분석을 실행한 내용은 다음과 같다. Ⅰ사분면에는 프로그램 체계성, 문제해결능력, 응급상황에 대한 대처, 수업 분위기, 지도자의 열정, 지도자의 친절, 지도자의 전문성, 이용자와의 소통, 이용자 개별적 관심, 이용자 요구에 대한 이해 등의 속성이 포함되어 있다. Ⅱ사분면에는 시설의 청결성 그리고 프로그램 지속성 등의 속성이 포함되어 있다. Ⅲ사분면에는 시설의 규모, 최신 교육시설, 시설의 접근성, 계획안에 따른 수업진행, 이용자 편의에 따른 교육시간 편성 등의 속성이 포함되어 있다. Ⅳ사분면에는 수업내용 정보제공 및 공지, 정보제공의 신속성, 프로그램 수준 등이 포함되어 있다.
