This study collective case study method was used to explore the cases of the factors of the convergence sports industry actually being applied and developed in the sport industry, and to reveal many cases of the convergence sports industry connected to sports. Based on the case of combining two research issues, the convergence sports industry and the case of applying various factors of national policy according to future changes, the national policy definition for the convergence sports industry is presented. As a result, first, it can face great difficulties in fostering competent human resources with willingness and convergent thinking due to various bills and sanctions barriers, so it is necessary to raise the awareness of state-led expert groups that can promote cooperation and exchange between industries and academia. Second, there is a need to introduce and reorganize the organization so that the competent ministries related to the sports industry can intensively support convergence sports industry companies. Third, it was found that it is necessary to seek diversification of the state's full support types for the R&D field of the convergence sports industry, and to expand and apply the scale of support.

본 연구에서는 융복합 스포츠산업의 요인들이 실제로 스포츠산업에 적용되고 발전하고 있는 것에 대한 사례를 탐색하며, 스포츠와 연결되어있는 많은 융복합 스포츠산업 사례를 밝히는 집합적 사례 연구 방법을 사용하였다. 융복합 스포츠산업과 미래 변화에 따른 국가 정책의 각종 요인을 융복합 스포츠산업에 적용한 사례라는 두 가지 연구 이슈를 접목 시킨 사례를 근거로 하여 융복합 스포츠산업의 미래에 대한 국가 정책 정의를 제시하고자 한다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 여러 법안과 제재 장벽에 가로막혀서 실천 의지와 융합적인 사고를 보유한 유능한 인재 육성에 있어 큰 어려움 에 봉착할 수 있으므로 산업과 학문 간의 협력과 교류를 활성화 시킬 수 있는 국가 주도 전문가 집단의 인식 제고가 선행되 어야 한다. 둘째, 스포츠산업 관련 정부 주무 부처에서는 융복합 스포츠 산업기업을 집중적으로 지원할 수 있도록 조직을 도입 및 개편해야 할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 융복합 스포츠산업 연구개발 분야에 대한 국가의 전폭적인 지원 종류의 다변화 모색과 지원 규모의 확대 및 적용이 필요하다고 나타났다.
