- The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between three dimensions of informatization level and satisfaction before and after pandemic (i.e., COVID-19) empirically. The pandemic increased the use of information technology in our daily and work lives. As a result, the level of informatization level is becoming a factor that has a greater influence on personal well-being (i.e. daily-life satisfaction and overall satisfaction). To this end, two-way ANOVA and multi-group analysis are conducted. The results of this study will provide academic and practical implications for the post-pandemic era.
