The purpose of this study is to investigate the demand for youth activities and derive implications for improving youth activities in K youth training centers. For research purposes, a survey was conducted on 6 schools located in K-city, Gyeonggi-do, and Borich demand analysis and Locus for Focus model analysis were conducted. As a result of Borich's needs analysis, the adventure area had a high priority in all schools, the volunteer area had a relatively high priority in elementary and middle schools, and the career area in high schools. In the Locus for Focus model analysis, the elementary school volunteering area, middle school adventure area, and high school adventure area appeared as the top priority areas for improvement, and the maintenance area appeared as the middle school volunteer area. Based on these results, suggestions for volunteer activities for elementary and middle school students and adventure activities for middle and high school students were suggested.

본 연구의 목적은 경기도 K시의 청소년을 대상으로 청소년활동에 대한 요구를 조사하여 경기도 K 청소 년수련관에서 수행하는 청소년활동을 개선하기 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위해 경기도 K시 소재 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 6개를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하고, Borich 요구도 분석을 통해 청소년 활동에 대한 우선순위를 확인하였으며 Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 가장 우선하여 개선할 영역이 무엇인지 확인하 였다. Borich 요구도 분석 결과 모든 학교급에서 공통으로 우선순위가 높은 영역은 모험영역이었고, 봉사영역은 초등학교와 중학교에서, 진로 영역은 고등학교에서 상대적으로 순위가 높았다. Locus for Focus 모델 분석에서는 초등학교는 봉사영역, 중학교는 모험영역, 고등학교는 모험영역이 가장 우선하여 개선할 영역으로 도출되었으며, 유지관리해야 할 영역은 중학교의 봉사영역으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 초등생과 중학생을 위한 봉사활 동 프로그램과 중학생과 고등학생을 대상으로 하는 모험 활동을 개발 등에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 이러한 결 과는 전국단위 또는 시도 단위로 연구된 연구 결과에서 시 군 단위의 특수성을 반영하기 어려운 한계를 보완하는 것으로 청소년수련관에서 지역 맞춤형 청소년활동을 수행하는데 기여할 수 있다.

These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
