The Ministry of Education promoted the introduction of ‘temporary modular school building’ in order to improve the learning environment of temporary school buildings where students live during the period of building remodeling and construction. It has been pointed out that the container system, which has been mainly used as a temporary school building, is stuffy due to its low height and is vulnerable to insulation and noise. This research compares and analyzes the existing green-smart status of the Ministry of Education and domestic and foreign modular systems for temporary school buildings that are temporarily used during the building renovation period in the green smart future school project, and examines the existing previous researchs related. The purpose is to derive priorities through the analysis of importance and effectiveness surveys by deriving factors, classifying management influencing factors by type, and evaluating relative priorities.

교육부는 교사 증ㆍ개축 및 공사(리모델링)기간에 학생들이 생활하는 임시 학교 건물의 학습 환경을 개 선하고자 ‘임대형 모듈러 교사’ 도입을 추진하였다. 그간 임시 학교 건물로 주로 사용된 컨테이너는 높이가 낮아 답답하고 단열과 소음에 취약하다는 지적이 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구는 그린스마트 미래 학교사업에서 건물 개축 기간동안 임시로 사용하는 임시 교사건물에 대하여 교육부의 정책 현황과 국내ㆍ외 모듈러 시스템을 비교 분석하 고, 모듈러 관련 기존 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 관리영향요인 도출, 관리영향요인을 유형별로 분류, 상대적 우선순 위를 평가하여 중요도와 효과성 설문조사 분석을 수행하였다. 최종적으로 관리영향요인 우선순위를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
