Purpose : This study derived important factors to consider in adopting and implementing a new technology called blockchain in the international trade process and analyzed the importance and implementation of each trade stage. Research design, data, methodology : This study used a questionnaire method for traders and trade-related industries, and the analysis method analyzed the importance and satisfaction of applying blockchain technology by trade stage using Analytical Hierarchy Process technique and IPA analysis. Results : As a result of the AHP analysis, trade contracts were found to be the most important, followed by trade settlement, import and export customs clearance, maritime insurance, international transportation, and overseas marketing. Trade contracts improve transaction transparency and promote safety by signing contracts through smart contracts between the two parties. In addition, it is possible to generate protocols that do not require trust through blockchain smart contracts. Conclusions : What is important in adopting and implementing blockchain is that traders' understanding of blockchain should precede, and the trade contract sector is the most important in the trade transaction process.

디지털기술의 본격적인 도입으로 4차 산업혁명 시대가 시작됨에 따라 제조업, 서비스업 구분 없이 경제활동의 패러다임이 바뀌는 큰 변화에 놓이게 되었고 많은 산업들이 영향권에 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 가장 큰 수혜자인 VR/AR, 인공지능, 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 블록체인 등 의 경우 서비스 및 업무 프로세스와 연계될 때 무한한 기회가 창출될 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이러한 시점에 블록체인 도입을 통한 국제무역의 거래메커니즘을 단순화하고 자동화할 필요 가 있다. 블록체인 도입은 투명성(Transparency)과 정보의 무결성(Integrity) 보장을 통한 거래비 용 절감과 업무 효율성 향상이며, 이는 국제무역프로세스에 매우 중요한 효과라 판단된다. 이 에 본 연구는 국제무역프로세스상에서 블록체인이라는 신기술을 채택하고 구현하는데 있어 고려해야할 중요 요인을 도출하고 무역단계별 중요도와 실행도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 무역 거래 프로세스상에서의 블록체인 채택 및 구현 요인 관련 AHP 분석 결과, 무역계약(0.320)으 로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 무역결제(0.212), 수출입통관(0.151), 해상보험(0.123), 국제운송 (0.120), 해외마케팅(0.074)의 순으로 나타났다.
