In this study, text mining analysis was used as the raw data of the newspaper editorial, among the press on the social perception of care services in the post-corona era. Data was conducted from November 2019 to March 31, 2022, by searching for news articles in BIGKINDS. As a result of the analysis, first, the main keywords were corona, school, government, quarantine, etc, so the keywords related to school was high. Second, in the results of TF-IDF and centrality analysis, words related to school and school attendance were found. Third, as a result of the CONCOR, four clusters were derived such as 'Corona 19 spread and child care', 'Care issues centered on the elderly', 'Social perception due to the spread of Corona 19', 'target group related to COVID-19'. Based on the results of the analysis, we suggest to increase the media's interest in vulnerable groups such as the elderly and disabled.

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 돌봄서비스에 관한 전반적인 사회인식을 언론보도자료 중 신문사설을 원자료로 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 활용하였다. 자료 수집은 코로나가 시작된 2019년 11월부터 2022년 3월 31일까지 빅카인즈에서 언론보도기사를 검색하였다. 분석결과로 첫째, 주요 키워드는 코로나, 학교, 정부, 방역, 등교, 돌봄 등으로 학교와 관련된 키워드들의 출현빈도가 높았다. 둘째, TF-IDF 분석과 중심성 분석 결과도 학교와 등교에 관련된 단어들이 주로 나타났다. 셋째, CONCOR분석 결과 4개의 군집이 도출되었고, 군집 1은 ‘코로나19 확산과 아동돌봄’, 2는 ‘노인을 중심으로 이루어지는 돌봄이슈’, 군집 3은 ‘코로나19의 확산으로 인한 사회적 인식’, 군집 4 는 ‘코로나19와 관련한 대상층’과 관련한 단어가 군집하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 노인, 장애인 등 취약계층에 대 한 언론의 관심 증대 등을 제언하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
