- The word Islamophobia is associated with the recognition that ‘terrorism is Islam’. Many non-Islamic countries rank Islam as the most violent religion, and the biggest reason for the negative perception toward Islam is related to terrorism. In this study, Islamic terrorism was approached through quantitative analysis of terrorism data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Islamic terrorism occurs intensively in areas with a high Muslim distribution, or in areas with conflicts between countries or internally. On the other hand, it was confirmed that non-Islamic terrorism or unknown terrorism was more widely distributed than Islamic terrorism. It was also interpreted that a reconsideration of the universal perception of Islam was necessary. As a result, it was verified that the objectivity and efficiency of the study can be guaranteed through the use of a map-based interface tool when using a dataset including spatial data

- 이슬람공포증(Islamophobia)이라는 단어는 ‘테러는 곧 이슬람이다’라는 인식과도 결부된다. 많은 비(非)이 슬람 국가들이 이슬람을 가장 폭력적인 종교로 꼽는데 이슬람을 향한 부정적 인식의 가장 큰 이유는 테러와 관련 된다. 본 연구에서는 테러 데이터의 정량 분석을 통해 이슬람 테러에 접근했다. 분석 결과 이슬람 테러는 무슬림 분포가 높거나 또는 국가 간 혹은 내부 분쟁 중인 지역에서 집중적으로 발생하는 것을 확인했다. 반면 비이슬람 테러 혹은 특정불가 테러가 이슬람테러에 비해 영역이 넓게 분포되어 있음을 확인했다. 이를 통해 이슬람에 대한 보편적인 인식의 재고가 필요할 것으로 해석했다. 결과적으로 공간데이터가 포함된 데이터 셋 활용 시 지도 기반 인터페이스 도구의 활용을 통해 연구의 객관성과 효율성을 담보할 수 있음을 검증하였고 데이터의 활용방법에 따 라 분석 결과나 해석이 달라질 수 있음을 주목하였다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
