As having rapidly developed Internet based IT technologies, various applications using IT technologies also have been improved and lots of benefits could be expected as a result. However, even in an IT environment, redundant work still exists for companies that want to hire talented people and for applicants who want to work in the companies they want. For example, the job seeker is busy finding job postings on multiple recruitment portal websites, filling out resumes and self-introductions to apply, and companies looking to hire people are also busy posting job postings on multiple recruitment portals. The job seeker and recruiting companies waste costs and time to find and post job openings, but both fail to achieve satisfactory results. However, websites such as Worknet allow the job seeker to search in detail of companies that want to hire, and in some sites, companies can search for the job seeker when he/she is uploading their resumes. Therefore, this paper proposes an interactive searching system between the job seeker and recruiting companies, which allows the job seeker to search for the recruiting company that they want in detail, and allows the recruiting company to search for the job seeker in detail.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 IT가 발전하면서 많은 분야가 빠르게 발전하고 있으며 우리는 그 혜택을 누리고 있다. 그러나 아직까지도 인재를 채용하려는 회사와 원하는 기업에 취업하려는 지원자는 힘들기만 하다. 지원자는 채용 정보를 여러 채용 포털 웹 사이트에서 찾아 이력서와 자기소개를 작성하여 지원하기에 바쁘고 인재를 채용 하려는 기업은 채용공고를 여러 채용 포털에 올리느라 바쁘다. 지원자와 채용 기업은 비용과 시간을 낭비하면서 채용정보를 찾고 채용정보를 올리지만 각기 만족스런 결과를 얻지 못한다. 그나마 워크넷과 같은 웹 사이트는 채 용을 원하는 기업을 지원자가 상세히 검색할 수 있도록 되어 있고 일부 사이트는 지원자가 이력서를 업로드시키 면 기업에서 지원자를 검색하는 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지원자가 원하는 채용 회사를 상세히 검색할 수 있고 반대로 인재를 채용하려는 회사에서도 지원자를 상세히 검색할 수 있는 지원자와 채용 기업의 양방향 검색 시스템을 제안한다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
