Corona-19 has made a great difference in our daily life, our way of life, our way of work, our attitude, and our relationship with others. Through globalization, the international community has actively pursued responsibility through solidarity and unity, and promises between countries that have pursued world peace and safety are being broken down and transformed into a new Cold War system. These changes brought great changes to the lives and ministry of missionaries in the missionary field. As well as involuntary withdrawals, expulsions or forced return of foreigners to protect their own people are continuing. In this study, I studied the necessity of paradigm change of missionary station according to the relocation of missionaries in the Corona Pandemic era. The traditional mission of the past became impossible, and therefore new strategies and policies were needed.It is expected that new mission strategies such as digital changes in analogue, solidarity and cooperation through mission platform, human-centered mission strategy, and customized mission are needed.

코로나19는 우리의 모든 일상과 삶의 방식, 일의 방식, 태도, 타인과의 관계에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 세계화를 통해 국제사회가 활발하게 연대 와 일치를 통한 책임의식, 세계 평화와 안전을 추구해 왔던 국가 간의 약속 들이 허물어지고 신 냉전체제로 변해가고 있다. 이러한 변화들은 선교 현 장의 선교사들의 삶과 사역에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 비자발적 철수뿐만 아니라 자민족 보호를 위해 외국인들을 추방하거나 강제로 귀국시키는 일 들이 지속되고 있다. 이런 입장을 숙고하며 본 소고에서는 코로나 팬데믹 시대에 선교사 재배치에 따른 선교사역의 패러다임 변화의 필요성을 연구 했다. 과거의 전통적인 방식의 선교는 더 이상 불가능하게 되었다. 따라서 새로운 전략과 정책 수립이 필요해졌다. 아날로그 방식에서 디지털 방식의 변화, 선교 플랫폼을 통한 연대와 협력, 사람 중심의 선교전략, 맞춤선교 등과 같은 새로운 선교전략이 필요할 것으로 전망된다.
