The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job demands on depression of married NCOs(Non-commissioned officers) and to verify the moderating effect of marital satisfaction. We selected married NCOs who have been serving in the Army, Navy, and Air Force for more than five years, and self-report was conducted on a questionnaire asking for job demands, depression, and marital satisfaction. The survey was conducted for 5 months from February 2018, and 323 responses were finally used for analysis. With SPSS. 25.0, Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were conducted to find out the status of the survey participants, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the model. the results are as follows. First, 70.0% of married NCOs experienced stress from job demands, and 39.6% answered that they were disturbed by depression over the past two weeks. Second, it was found that the job demand of married NCO’s had a positive relationship with depression. Third, marital satisfaction with spouse showed a moderating effect in the relationship between job demand and depression. Through this, it was confirmed that the higher the marital satisfaction, the less the effect of job demand on depression. Based on the results of this study, intervention in social welfare services such as EAP programs customized for the military and family therapy programs was proposed to reduce the job demands and depression of married NCOs.

본 연구의 목적은 기혼 부사관이 인지한 부대 내 직무 요구가 우울에 미치는 영향과 보호요인으로서 결 혼생활만족도의 조절 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 육·해·공군에 5년 이상 복무하고 있는 장기 근속 부사관을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며 직무요구, 우울, 결혼생활만족도 등을 묻는 설문지에 자 가보고 하도록 하였다. 조사는 2018년 2월부터 5개월간 진행되었으며 323명의 응답을 최종적으로 분석에 활용하였다. 조사대상자의 실태를 파악하기 위해 SPSS 25.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계를 실시 하였으며, 모형검증을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 도출 된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기혼 부 사관의 70.0%가 직무요구로 인한 스트레스를 경험했으며, 39.6%가 지난 2주일 동안 우울로 방해를 받았다 고 응답하였다. 둘째, 독립변수인 기혼 부사관의 직무요구 정도는 우울과 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 배우자와의 결혼생활만족도은 직무요구 정도와 우울의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타내었다. 이를 통해 결혼생활만족도가 높을수록 직무요구가 우울에 미치는 영향을 감소시킬 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 기혼 부사관의 직무요구와 우울을 감소시킬 수 있는 군 맞춤형 EAP 및 가족치 료 프로그램 등 사회복지 서비스 개입을 제언하였다.
