The purpose of this study is to analyze trends in sports for the elderly and nursing homes through text mining, and to provide basic data that can improve the quality of life by activating sports for the elderly in nursing homes based on the results. As a result of word frequency analysis of 'sports for the elderly', 'jobs' showed the highest ranking, followed by the 'disabled', 'libraries', 'the elderly', and 'welfare centers'. And as a result of word frequency analysis of 'nursing home', 'relevant' showed the highest ranking, followed by 'elderly', 'disabled', 'elderly', and 'volunteer activity'. As a result of the co-occurrence word network analysis for sports for the elderly, 'job → disabled' was the highest, and 'childcare center → library', 'activation → disabled', and 'disabled → welfare center' were derived in that order. As a result of the nursing home analysis, 'nursing home → elderly' showed the highest number, and 'nursing home → facility' and 'nursing home → activity' were derived in the order. Therefore, it is judged that the demand for sports-related jobs for the elderly is high, and policies related to sports programs and facilities of the disabled, welfare centers, and senior citizens' centers are necessary. In addition, when developing sports programs for leaders and sports researchers, it is necessary to recognize that it is easy to recruit volunteers, and to think about establishing a policy for sports education donations. Lastly, it is necessary to consider that it is possible to link physical education programs for the disabled, the elderly, and infants.

본 연구는 노인체육과 요양원의 트렌드를 텍스트마이닝을 방법을 통해 분석하고 결과를 바탕으로 요양원에서 노인체육 활성화를 통해 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ‘노인체육’에 대한 단어 빈도 분석결과, ‘일자리’가 가장 높은 순위를 나타냈으며, 장애인, 도서관, 어르신들, 복지관 순으로 나타났다. ‘요양원’에 대한 단어빈도 분석결과, ‘관계자’가 가장 높은 순위를 나타냈으며, 어르신들, 장애인, 노인, 봉사활동 순으로 나타났다. 노인체육에 대한 동시출현 단어 네트워크 분석결과,‘일자리→장애인’이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이외에도 ‘어린이집→도 서관’, ‘활성화→장애인’, ‘장애인→복지관’ 순으로 도출되었다. 요양원 분석결과, ‘요양원→노인’이 가장 높게 나타났으 며, 이외에도 ‘요양원→시설’, ‘요양원→활동 순으로 도출되었다. 이에 노인체육 관련 일자리 수요가 높고 장애인, 복지관, 경로당의 체육 프로그램 및 시설과의 연계 정책이 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한 지도자 및 체육연구자의 스포츠 프로그램 개발 시 봉사자들 모집이 용이하다는 점을 인지하여야 하고, 스포츠 교육기부에 대한 정책 수립을 고민해 볼 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 장애인 및 노인, 영유아 체육 프로그램이 연계가 가능하다는 점을 고려해야 할 것이다.
