The difference in creative convergence competency level of nursing students was analyzed to provide basic data for the development of nursing extracurricular programs aimed at nurturing nursing talents with creative convergence competency. Data from 322 nursing students recruited through recruitment announcements were analyzed. IBM SPSS WIN/25.0 was used for t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The average score of creative convergence competency was 3.38 points. Creative convergence competency differed by age, department adaptation, and major satisfaction. The most influential factor in creative convergence was department adaptation, followed by major satisfaction and age. The explanatory power of the model was 20.5%. This study is meaningful as basic data that is the basis for developing various extracurricular programs that can improve the deficiencies of each area for the purpose of fostering talent with creative convergence competency by analyzing five factors of nursing students.

본 연구는 창의융합역량을 갖춘 간호인재 양성을 위해 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생의 창의융합역량 수준의 차이를 분석하여 영역별 부족한 부분을 증진할 수 있는 비교과 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 제 공하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해 간호대학생을 대상으로 모집공고문 등을 통해 대상자를 모집하여 수집된 322부의 자료를 분석하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/25.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, 다중회 귀분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 창의융합역량은 평균 3.38점이었다. 창의융합역량은 나이, 학과적응도, 전공만족 도에 따라 차이가 있었으며 창의융합역량에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 학과적응도, 학과만족도, 나이순이었다. 모 형에 대한 설명력은 20.5%였다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 창의융합역량의 5개 요인을 분석함으로써 창의융합역량 을 갖춘 인재 양성을 목적으로 영역별 부족한 부분을 증진할 수 있는 다양한 비교과 프로그램을 개발하는 데 근 거가 되는 기초자료로서 그 의미가 있다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
