The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of adolescents with atopic dermatitis and related factors affecting their feelings of depression. This is to provide basic data for disease management. As for the research method, secondary analysis was performed on big data of the 16th Adolescent Health Behavior Survey, and frequency analysis, chi-square test(χ²), and logistic regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 25 program. As a result of the study, the factors affecting depression among students with atopic dermatitis were subjective health level and subjective feeling of happiness. It was found that subjective sleep satisfaction, subjective stress level, smoking, and drinking had an effect on depression. As a result of this study, it was found that the presence or absence of a disease in adolescents with atopic dermatitis has a significant effect on their mental health, that is, depression and mental health of adolescents with diseases such as atopic dermatitis, which can lead to mental illness in the future. It is intended to be used as basic data necessary for related prevention and research, and systematic management is required accordingly.

본 연구는 아토피피부염을 가진 청소년들의 실태와 우울감에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인을 파악 하고자 한 다. 질환 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공 하고자 함이다. 연구방법은 제16차 청소년 건강행태 조사 빅데이터를 이차 분석 하였으며, SPSS 25 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과, 카이제곱검정(χ²) 및 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 아토피피부염을 가지고 있는 학생들 중 우울증에 영향을 미치는 요인은 주관적 건강수준, 주관적 행복감 으로 나타났으며, 주관적 수면만족도, 주관적 스트레스 수준, 흡연, 그리고 음주가 우울감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과로 아토피피부염을 가지고 있는 청소년의 질환 유무에 따라 우울감 즉 정신건강에 많은 영 향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었고, 이는 향후 정신질환을 초래할 수 있는 아토피 피부염과 같은 질환을 가진 청소년 의 우울감 및 정신건강 관련 예방과 연구에 필요한 기초자료로 삼고자 하며 그에 따른 체계적인 관리가 필요하다.
