- This study is a theoretical approach to the contents of the digital economy, which is becoming more important as the 4th industrial revolution is established in each industry. An attempt was made to understand the industrial paradigm based on the exponentially increasing data due to the development of ICT technology and to approach it in various fields. In an environment where the digital economy leads the industry, the importance of data is increasing, and for this purpose, an understanding of business models and industry ecosystem is required. However, since the industrial and institutional measures for such data transactions are not yet clear, the contents are analyzed and presented. Through the creation, processing and commercialization of data through artificial intelligence technology, a more realistic plan for data trading is prepared, and the contents for understanding and revitalizing the business of data traders, data consumers and data intermediaries are presented. This study proposes the theoretical and practical contents of the ecosystem composition and operation for data transaction.

- 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명이 각 산업 분야에 정착되어 가면서 중요시되어가는 디지털 경제에 관한 내용을 이론적으로 접근한 내용이다. ICT 기술의 발달로 인해 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 데이터를 기반으로 하는 산 업 패러다임을 이해하고 이에 대한 다양한 영역에서의 접근을 시도하였다. 디지털 경제가 산업을 이끌어 가는 환 경 속에서 데이터의 중요성은 높아져 가고 있으며, 이를 위한 비즈니스 모델과 데이터 거래에 대한 이해가 요구되 고 있다. 하지만 이러한 데이터 거래를 위한 산업적 및 제도적 방안이 아직 뚜렷하지 않아 이에 관한 내용을 분석 하여 제시하였다. 인공지능 기술을 통한 데이터 생성과 가공 및 상품화를 통해 데이터 거래에 대한 좀 더 현실적 인 방안을 마련하여 데이터 거래자, 데이터 수요자 및 데이터 중개자들의 비즈니스에 대한 이해와 활성화를 위한 내용을 제시하고 하고 있다. 본 연구는 데이터 거래의 활성화를 위한 방안으로 디지털 경제 생태계의 구성과 운영 에 대한 내용을 제시하고 있다. 데이터 거래에대한 가능성과 사회적 인식을 개선하기 위한 기초연구로 이론적 및 길무적 내용을 통해 제시하고 있다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
