소프트웨어 개발을 위한 Frechet와 Lomax 수명분포를 따르는 소프트웨어 NHPP 신뢰모형에 관한 비교연구
A Comparative Study on Software NHPP Reliability Model Following Frechet and Lomax Lifetime Distribution for Software Development
In this paper, the properties of the reliability model of the software following the non-homogeneous Poisson process with the finite number of failures of the software following the Frechet and Lomax distributions with relatively thick tails of the failure life distribution were compared. The research method was studied by comparing the reliability measures of the software. According to the results of the study, the estimated value of the coefficient of determination at the time of failure is classified as an applied model with appropriateness in terms of accuracy because the Frechet distribution model shows a larger value than the exponential and Lomax distributions. The trend of the reliability function gradually shows a non-increasing trend according to the mission time, and the Frechet distribution model appears higher than the exponential and Lomax distribution models, but it appears lower overall according to the mission time.

본 논문에서는 고장수명분포의 꼬리가 비교적 두꺼운 Frechet와 Lomax 분포를 따르는 소프트웨어 유한 고장수를 가진 비동질적인 포아송 과정을 따르는 소프트웨어의 신뢰모형에 대한 속성을 비교 연구하였다. 연구 방법은 소프트웨어의 신뢰성 척도을 비교하여 연구하였다. 연구의 결과에서는 고장시점의 결정계수 추정값은 Frechet분포 모형이 지수분포 및 Lomax분포 보다 큰 값을 나타내므로 정확도 측면에서 적합성을 가지는 응용모 형으로 분류되지만 분석된 모형들은 95% 이상 나타내므로 비교적 모든 모형이 효율적 모형으로 분류된다. 신뢰도 함수의 추이는 임무시간에 따라 점차적으로 비증가 추세로 나타나고 Frechet분포 모형이 지수분포와 Lomax분포 모형보다 높게 나타나지만 임무시간에 따라 전체적으로 낮게 나타나고 있다.
