- This study was conducted on 8 of 2 girls and 6 boys who showed prominent characteristics in the primary PBQ test for children aged 3-5 years at G daycare center located in S-gu from September to October 2021. The children were selected after receiving the recommendation and consent form from their parents and daycare center. MRH Myungri personality analysis, which analyzed the birth year, month, and date of birth of children with maladaptive behavior, and the social relationship between the yin and yang and the five elements, and the TCI temperament and personality test of the caregiver report were conducted. After 3 or more interviews with two teachers, the teacher suggested play guidance for children with maladaptive behavior through 10 demonstration cases of outdoor activities, and analyzed the characteristics of the MRH myongri personality analysis and the TCI temperament and personality test to determine the quality of the maladaptive behavior child One-to-one matching teacher play guidance according to innate personality was proposed. Therefore, the combination of these two disciplines is expected to be a methodology that helps to understand individual characteristics more broadly and in-depth, and is expected to serve as a starting point for complementary application of various teacher's play guidance.

- 본 연구는 2021년 9~10월 S구에 위치한 G 어린이집 만 3∼5세 아동을 대상으로 교사의 1차 적인 부적응 행동 아동 검사 (PBQ) 검사에서 두드러진 특성이 나타난 여아 2명, 남아 6명의 8명을 대상으로 부모님과 어린이 집의 추천과 동의서를 받아 선정하였다. 부적응 행동 아동의 타고난 연월일시를 알아보고 음양오행과 사회적 관계 인 육친(격)을 분석한 MRH 명리 성격 분석과 양육자 보고식의 TCI 기질 및 성격검사를 하였다. 교사 2명의 3회 이상의 면담을 거쳐 바깥 활동 실증사례 10회기를 통해 교사의 부적응 행동 아동에 대한 놀이 지도 제안을 하고 MRH 명리 성격 분석과 TCI 기질 및 성격검사와의 특성을 비교 분석하여 부적응 행동 아동의 타고난 성격에 따 른 일대일 매칭 교사 놀이 지도 제안하였다. 따라서 이 두 학문의 결합은 개인의 특성을 더 광범위하고 심층적으로 파악하도록 도와주는 방법론이 될 것이며 다양한 교사 놀이 지도의 보완 적용하는데 출발점이 될 것으로 기대한다.
