In this paper, we introduce our Utopia smart city artificial intelligence middleware. The Utopia smart city artificial intelligence middleware builds artificial intelligence through deep learning, and using this developed artificial intelligence, it analyzes the video transmitted from CCTVs and image collecting devices of the smart city to find people on video, and to report results in real time. In this paper, we introduce how we have done these tasks, and introduce technologies, and methods to do these tasks. In this paper, through the performance evaluation experiments, we show that Utopia smart city artificial intelligence middleware works well, that the artificial intelligence generator works well, that deep learning performs well, and that the generated artificial intelligence detects persons in videos excellently and efficiently.

이 논문에서는 본 연구진이 개발한 유토피아 스마트시티 인공지능 미들웨어를 소개한다. 유토피아 스마트 시티 인공지능 미들웨어는, 딥러닝을 통하여 인공지능을 생성하고, 이 생성된 인공지능을 이용하여, 스마트시티의 CCTV들과 영상장치들로부터 전송되어 오는 비디오 화면들을 분석하여, 비디오 화면상에 사람을 찾아내도록 하 고, 결과를 실시간으로 전달 할 수 있다. 이 일들을 수행하게 하는 기술, 방법을 소개한다. 성능평가 실험을 통해, 유토피아 스마트시티 인공지능 미들웨어가 잘 작동함과, 인공지능 생성기가 잘 작동함과, 딥러닝이 우수하게 수행 되어서 우수한 사람 탐색 인공지능이 생성되었음과, 생성된 인공지능을 사용하는 인공지능 추론기가 잘 작동하였 음과 개발된 인공지능 추론기가 인공지능 생성기에 의하여 생성된 인공지능을 이용하여 사람 탐색을 우수하게 효 율적으로 수행함을 보여 준다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
